EVP Volunteer Work Day - Remove Tree/Brush

On Saturday, February 5, we will convene a workday to remove a juniper tree and brush that is currently blocking the EVP-owned Keye Drive right-of-way. We will get started at 10AM and should be done by about 2PM. The job consists of cutting down the tree, and then cutting its branches and loading onto a trailer for hauling to the county brushpits. Various dead branches and debris already lying around will also be loaded and hauled. The larger branches and trunk may be cut into pieces suitable for firewood, which EVP residents are welcome to take. Lunch will be provided. Wear sturdy shoes/boots, leather gloves, and safety glasses. If you have a gas-powered chain saw, feel free to bring it. Park at the clubhouse and walk a short distance down Al Drive to Keye Drive. RSVP to Tom Bremer at tcbremer@netzero.net. EVP volunteers rock!
